Brandon E. Breaux is a Louisiana real estate broker with more than 20 years of experience specializing in the management, marketing, and disposition of corporate and government-owned real estate. Over his career, he has been involved in the sale of thousands of properties representing more than $165 million in real estate.

His experience extends well beyond traditional brokerage. Brandon has developed a hands-on approach to real estate that combines property valuation, asset strategy, field and vendor coordination, marketing, negotiation, contract management, and closing oversight.

As a real estate investor and property owner, Brandon also brings an ownership perspective to every assignment. His experience includes single-family rental properties, commercial buildings, land, and investment real estate throughout Louisiana.

Brandon serves as President of the Board of Directors of Vermilion Healthcare and has become increasingly involved in commercial real estate, healthcare-related real estate, land, development, and emerging investment opportunities across Louisiana.
